How to reach

By road:  
From Delhi

Stargate Observatory at Alwarbagh resort is just 3-4 hour drive from Delhi NCR. 

 

From Jaipur. 

The Observatory is about 135 Km from Jaipur which can be covered in less than 4 hours. 

By Flight:

Flights are available till Delhi or Jaipur remaining leg of the journey is to be completed by road by local cabs. 

 

By Train + Road:  

One can take New Delhi Ajmer Shatabdi and reach Alwar around 8:40 am. Other trains are also available. Rest of the journey can be covered by local cabs

 

The Second Stargate observatory is situated at the Alwarbagh resort by Aamod near Sariska National Park. Sariska is one of the decent skies to do night sky observation and still just 3-4 hour away from Delhi NCR. Equipped with  8" robotic goto telescope the observatory offers views of galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, planets, and Moon.

Winter:

 6:00 pm onwards

Summer:

7:30 pm onwards
